Guest Policy

Guests may attend a closed event if accompanied by a fully paid up chapter member.

They will not be allowed to vote on any chapter business or wear chapter rockers and regalia.  

Our events and ride outs are organised for the benefit of our Chapter members and fall into three categories:

•             Closed events - these are Chapter events, which are open to Chapter members and one guest per member. All our ride outs are closed events unless otherwise stated.

•             Member events - these are open only to HOG members.

•             Open events - these are open to everyone and are usually held at Sycamore  Harley-Davidson, for example, New Bike launch. Also our Horseshoe Rally.
