Rutland Chapter Fund Raising Scheme

Sycamore has very kindly proposed and implemented a Rutland Chapter Fund Raising Scheme,  which in essence means that for every pound members spend at Sycamore Harley Davidson, the Chapter will receive 1% towards the Chapter funds, so enabling the Chapter to build for the future and contribute to the many activities planned for the coming years.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sam Hamblin and Sycamore Harley Davidson for implementing this fantastic scheme.

Please read the details below on how the scheme works and what you as members need to do to ensure that the chapter benefits from what you spend at Sycamore. If you have any questions about the scheme please email to webmaster@rutlandchapter.com or ask Andrew Winham at the dealership.

Aim of the scheme
To give the Chapter a mechanism to raise funds.

Detail
1% paid to Chapter of all ex-Vat sales from Chapter Members, who have had their membership for over 3 months at time of purchase.
applies to sales from following departments: Harley-Davidson Sales, Service, Merchandise, Parts, Chrome Consultancy.

Please note that your business with Sycamore Uppingham is also included on the scheme.  This means if you get your car serviced (they have experience with all makes and models) or even buy car parts from them - these sales will all boost chapter funds.

The chapter fund raising scheme is not valid for items purchased from the Shell Forecourt.

What you need to do

Every time you make a purchase at Sycamore ensure you get the receipt stamped by the sales staff  and then either put the receipt into collection box located in the dealership downstairs in the Chapter Lounge, or send or pass the receipt to anyone on the committee who will ensure it is passed to Mark Buckmaster who is managing the scheme on behalf of the Chapter. If you want, you can also post your receipt to the following address:
